How does Tableau Data Journal work?

How do I purchase a template?

To purchase our templates, add to your cart the product. Once the product is in your shopping cart, go to checkout and complete your information. Make sure to give the right email address. A secure link to download the template file will be send after your order.

What is the file format?

The file is in a ZIP format. You should be able to unzip it by right-clicking on the file, and extract it where you want it to be.

How long does the download link last?

The download link lasts for 24 hours, after that, you won’t be able to get your template file.

I missed the 24 hours window, how can I get the link again?

You can reach our customer care at tdj@mydral.com with your order number. We will send to you another link available for 24 hours more.

The file is protected by a password, where can I get it?

Once you received the order confirmation mail, you will receive another mail with the password. You will be able to unzip the file and start your Data Visualization!

 

Order issues

Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it?

No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!

 

Delivery

When will my order ship?

Our digital products usually ship within a few minutes after the Checkout. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation via email with the file password and another email with the download link.

 

Payments

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.

How do I use PayPal to pay for my order?

Once you are prompted to enter your payment information during checkout, please select the PayPal option, a new window appears to redirect you to PayPal to complete your order.

Can I get a refund if the price has changed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional time frame as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding!
